Nikki O’Meara brings over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in strategy development, content creation, SEO, social media, and online advertising.
Throughout her career, she has successfully managed and executed integrated communication campaigns, driving measurable results for brands in both higher education and technology sectors.
Currently, as the head of digital marketing at Resch Strategies, a PR firm in Lansing, Michigan, Nikki leads the company’s digital efforts—including organic and paid social media, SEO, and web strategy—while overseeing a team of professionals to achieve client objectives. Her leadership in developing and executing comprehensive strategies has consistently delivered impactful results across multiple channels.
Previously, Nikki led digital content and social media efforts for Michigan State University’s College of Communication Arts and Sciences, where she enhanced online engagement and promoted key initiatives. She has also held roles at Olivet College and TechSmith Corporation, where she managed content strategy, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
Nikki holds a Bachelor’s in Advertising and Public Relations and a Master’s in Advertising from Michigan State University, bringing both academic knowledge and practical expertise to her work in strategic communications.
